Consulting with Purpose
My name is Francesco Bonfiglio. I play in multiple roles, as executive, advisor, entrepreneur, bringing my experience at the service of organisations willing to bridge between keeping control of existing operations, and taking the risk to undertake a necessary transformation. I have been through many transformation projects in my life, so I know what a big breath you have to take to jump over the change. But nowadays transformation is a matter of survival, a continuous and vital process that requires vision, strategy, competence and skills often difficult to find in house. In more than 30 years I have been an executive for leading IT and Consulting firms, from Rational, to Unisys, Hewlett Packard, Accenture, Avanade, Engineering, then I've become and entrepreneur and co-founder of FoolFarm.com, a leading startup studio, and have been appointed CEO of Gaia-X.eu, the most known digital sovereignty project in the world, I'm known for my vision and thought leadership on digital trust and autonomy.

STRATEGIC CONSULTING
Developing a strategy for the next 3-5 years can be the easiest or the most difficult task for a CXO. You need to describe how well you will change, but you might not know what and how to change it, and certainly you are unsure how you will be capable to drive the change. Knowing all the factors around you before starting the journey of a change, having someone validating your strategy, and receiving hints and inputs on trends and directives to follow, cannot happen just reading some Mc Kinsey, Gartner or IDC reports, you need to be credible and in control of your own strategy.
